Arrived Friday night and informed our room was cancelled. Issue was straightened out but then next night, were told our stuff was packed up and we had to get out.

Showed the room reservation, after much discussion, was put into a room. Neither time were we contacted in any way to inform us there was a problem.

Fun time in the casino, hotel needs renovation. We had a fun time at the casino, fun new games, low payouts, but that goes with the territory for the most part.

Hotel room was very old, had a king suite and could hardly see the carpet through all the stains. I believe they are going to start renovations so hopefully that will work itself out, they changed it to a smoke-free hotel in August but the rooms still smell smokey.

Americas Best Value Inn. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was ok. Won a bit at the casino, so that made it more fun.

I booked into the Main Lodge, and was satisfied with my room. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows.

The food was great, but the coffee leaves a lot to be desired. The casino has no shortage of new slot machines.

The Stardust Lodge is connected via a skywalk. Date of stay: October Value. Room Tip: Avoid the Stardust Lodge.

Upon checking in, we were told that their players club specials were not available on weekends even though the signs had special rates listed for Friday and Saturday.

Upon checking into our room we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room however the TV got very bad reception and was programmed to only go home to volume level 8?

The pool was also out of towels and after multiple guests and the security guard went to the front desk, still no towels were delivered in the next hour.

We left the pool soaking wet. On the bright side, the casino buffet and playing floor were both very enjoyable.
